About Monitor Audio Radius 270 Speakers
Radius 270 Technology
The Monitor Audio Radius 270 Floorstanding Speakers feature 4" C-CAM bass drivers with concave cone profiles. A C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter is also optimised to deliver the finest and widest performance within the compact Radius Cabinets. Single through-bolt driver fixing provides mechanical de-coupling and enhanced mid-band clarity and resolution. The through-bolts also act as rigid cross bracing to give a very solid non-resonant cabinet.
Design of Radius 270
The Monitor Audio Radius 270 floorstanding Speakers offer a Hive-II port design and is shaped to have the same effect on airflow as a gun-barrel on a bullet. At Pure Theatre, the Monitor Radius 270 Speakers are finished in a choice of three colours: Satin White, High Gloss Black and Walnut Real Wood Veneer to create a decor-friendly audio experience.
