Providing a projector lift solution for US customer
This customer in the US had fitted a recessed projector screen in the main living space when building their house. For a number of years they had a console table behind the couch where the projector stood, they would run the HDMI cable out each time they wanted to watch a show. A less than ideal solution, however ceiling mounting wasn’t really an option as, like many, they felt it would have looked strange with a projector just hanging down in the middle of the room.
After looking for a number of years, the customer kept finding the same options. They wanted "a projector lift that would be unobtrusive and provide a clean look for the space.” Either they had to compromise on aesthetics with a scissor style projector lift or spend an incredible amount of money for a box style variant available in the US. But then they found Pure Theatre online.
“I happened to stumble across the Pure Theatre website while browsing the internet. After contacting Chris he was kind enough and patient enough to answer my many questions regarding the lift: compatibility with our projector, use, installation, etc. The price on this was reasonable and shipping to the US was much less than I anticipated.”

Finally the customer had found the ideal self-contained, box-style lift that would fit neatly into his attic space and not be an eyesore once lowered. Teamed up with the existing 106" monoprice ceiling recessed screen they now have a fully concealed home cinema which is only visible when they need it. With seamless controls using trigger cables everything turns on via the projector so one touch of a button and the system powers on or off.
Since installing the projector lift the customers' family have enjoyed many movie nights watching a lot of Disney+ movies with their daughters. Not just for movies, the setup is also used for Football and Basketball games and for gaming via an Xbox.
