Pure Theatre is a family-run Home Cinema and AV specialist, passionate about delivering exceptional audio-visual experiences to our customers. We are looking for a confident and motivated AV Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, customer-facing role suited to someone with a genuine interest in technology, great communication skills, and a desire to learn and grow within the AV industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing in-store home cinema and speaker demonstrations to customers

• Offering sales advice and support over the phone

• Handling customer enquiries via our CRM system

• Assisting customers throughout the full sales journey

• Packing and preparing customer orders

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

• Supporting the wider sales team with day-to-day activities

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in, or previous experience with, home cinema, AV, or technology products

• Confident and professional when dealing with customers in person and over the phone

• Sales experience is beneficial but not essential

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work well as part of a close-knit team

• Full-time position (Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–5:00pm)

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team. The primary focus of the role will be a full life cycle of product manufacture tasks from machining through to assembly and packing.

• Operating a fibre laser cutting machine
• Operating a press brake machine
• Powder Coating
• Packaging and Assembly
