Our Pure Theatre engineers pride themselves on the reliability of our products. So much of our time is spent perfecting the design and manufacturer so that our customers can have faith in the technology we produce. So it is true music to our ears when we are contacted by happy customers years down the line. One such customer has been successfully running a Pure Theatre recessed projector lift and projector screen for 15 years!

Chris from Chorley saw us at the Ideal Home Expo in Birmingham back in 2009 when he was in the last 6 months of his new build home project. After a satisfying demonstration of the home theatre he ordered a 77” recessed projector screen. He was advised to go for a larger lift and this turned out to be a great choice as his original projector didnt last very long.  The first experience with our dedicated customer service team was when the screen was damaged in transit, a rare and unfortunate occurrence. Importantly, due to our in house manufacturing, we were able to arrange repair and still keep to the timeframes of the electrician who the customer had already booked. 

Flush fitting the projector lift and screen mean that when the system is retracted it is barely noticeable and the room can be used for other purposes. Today, 15 years on, the system still looks as good as the day it was installed and works perfectly too.
